Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by Supplier and fare class. SCIERGE will clearly display the applicable policy at the time of booking. The following general principles apply:
- Flexible fares — Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are generally eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, subject to Supplier terms.

- Processing time — Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Airline-initiated cancellations: If a Supplier cancels your service, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. SCIERGE will assist you in exercising these rights at no charge.
